Rooted in the coast we build on.
We began with a simple idea: build the kind of home we'd want to spend our own summers in. Not a complex, not a quick flip — a handful of considered homes, finished properly, in places we know and love.
Today that means two new-build developments — Vir Homes and Privlaka Homes — alongside Apartment Svetec, our collection of holiday rentals. Many guests who stay with us first come back later as buyers.
