Kada nam pošaljete upit putem obrasca, e-pošte, telefona ili WhatsAppa, prikupljamo podatke koje nam sami dostavite:
Naš poslužitelj može automatski bilježiti tehničke podatke (IP-adresa, vrsta preglednika, vrijeme pristupa) radi sigurnosti i ispravnog rada stranice.
Vaše podatke obrađujemo isključivo radi odgovora na vaš upit i poduzimanja koraka prije sklapanja ugovora na vaš zahtjev (čl. 6. st. 1. t. b GDPR-a), odnosno na temelju našeg legitimnog interesa da komuniciramo s zainteresiranim strankama (čl. 6. st. 1. t. f). Podatke ne koristimo za automatizirano donošenje odluka ni profiliranje.
Podatke iz upita čuvamo onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno za obradu vašeg zahtjeva i razuman daljnji kontakt, a najdulje do ispunjenja svrhe ili do vašeg zahtjeva za brisanjem, osim ako nas zakonski rokovi obvezuju na dulje čuvanje.
Vaše podatke ne prodajemo niti ustupamo trećima u marketinške svrhe. Pristup mogu imati pružatelji usluga koji nam pomažu u radu stranice i komunikaciji (npr. pružatelj web-hostinga i e-pošte), isključivo u naše ime i na temelju ugovora o obradi podataka.
Ova stranica ne koristi kolačiće za praćenje ni analitičke alate. Radi vašeg odabira jezika pohranjujemo jednu tehnički nužnu postavku u lokalnu pohranu vašeg preglednika (localStorage); ona ne sadrži osobne podatke i ne prati vas.

Unser Server kann technische Daten (IP-Adresse, Browsertyp, Zugriffszeit) automatisch protokollieren, um Sicherheit und Funktion der Seite zu gewährleisten.
Wir verarbeiten Ihre Daten ausschliesslich zur Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage und zur Durchführung vorvertraglicher Massnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) bzw. auf Grundlage unseres berechtigten Interesses an der Kommunikation mit Interessenten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f).
